Contest “Voucher for 5 nights in the Hotel Rehlegg – room category carnation including luxury board”
§1. General

§2 competition course
The competition starts on Friday, March 27th, 2020 and ends on Sunday, April 12th, 2020, 11:59 p.m. By participating in the competition, the participant accepts the conditions of participation. Participation occurs when the participant takes the following steps:

Rehlegg AG will select 3 winners from among all participants, who will receive the following prize: “Voucher for 5 nights in the Hotel Rehlegg – in the room category Carnation including luxury board”
The winner will be contacted by message on Monday, April 13, 2020, 6:00 p.m. If a winner does not register by 12.00 p.m. on Friday, April 17, 2020, the right to the prize will lapse. The voucher will be sent as a PDF by email. The delivery of prizes takes place at the expense of the organizer and on a shipping route chosen by the organizer.
§3 price
A total of 3 vouchers for 5 nights including gourmet board for 2 people each will be raffled off at the Hotel Rehlegg, in the room category light carnation. The organizer is entitled to exchange the announced prices at any time and to replace them with other equivalent prizes and prizes. In these cases, the winner has no claims against the organizer or against legally affiliated companies. A payment of the price as a monetary substitute is not possible.
§4 implementation and information on the win
The overnight stays will be raffled off by Rehlegg AG. After completing the above-mentioned points, the participant will be contacted by the Rehlegg team via message via Facebook & Instagram. The winner then communicates his address to the Rehlegg team by email.
§5 eligibility
The minimum age for participation in the competition is 18 years. Each participant must be resident in Germany or Austria. The organizer can reject data records without giving reasons and reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition who violate these terms and conditions. §6 contest cancellation
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or end the competition without prior notice and without giving reasons. The organizer makes use of this option in particular if proper implementation cannot be guaranteed for legal reasons.
